Hello my Lovelies, I hope you had a great start to the week? I am pushing myself to get all the travel blog posts done by the end of this week. So here we go again Yet another photo journal of our awesome family vacation in the beautiful Western Cape. This time I'll share a bit of us exploring the beautiful picturesque Boschendal Wine Estate. I wish I'd taken more photos as there's so much to do there. You can literally spend the whole day there. Not just your typical wine tasting but here you'll find anything from gourmet picnics to horse riding. The perfect place to escape and laze under a beautiful big old tree with a great book, snacks and a glass of Boschendal Wine. Here you will find it all to keep the whole family entertained. One think I didn't like so much was waiting over an hour for our cellar tour. Don't get me wrong we loved our unplanned wine tasting experience and we know it was peak season but we were crushed when we had to cancel our cellar tour, the group visited the Estate to learn more on the history of wine making at Boschendal but sadly our time schedule didn't allow us to stick around any longer. It's still on my bucket list so hopefully our timing will be better next time we're back in the Cape. Maybe the end of peak season or beginning of the off-peak season would be a better time to visit the Estate. I have to go back to do that wine cellar tour and gourmet picnic. Promise I'll take way more photos next time.
Hope you enjoyed my trip down memory lane.
Loads of thanks to my Big Bro Fenton Campher and cousin Audrey Caircross for sharing some of their pics for the blog. You are the best.
With love always,
